Why is the question, "What is a Product?" not so simple to answer?
-Product: anything that can be offered to a market for attention, acquisition, use, or consumption that might satisfy a want or a need
-not so simple to answer because products include more than tangible objects; they include services, events, persons, places, organizations and ideas, or a mix of all of these things.
-Service: an activity, benefit, or satisfaction offered for sale that is essentially intangible and does not result in the ownership of anything
