What is the Alibaba business model and how is it different than Amazon?
Alibaba is the Amazon of China. It's the World's Largest e-tailer, and it is a lot like Amazon. Alibaba, however, provides access to financial products/investments, Alibaba Pictures (similar to a Hulu), they are visionary, and they invest heavily in start-ups (Amazon has been acquiring more businesses of late, but they usually just start their own initiatives such as Amazon's Etsy-like tab)
